  • Change Your Mind, Change Your Life

Ketamine therapy promotes the formation of new neural connections, helping to reshape negative thought patterns. It encourages greater self-awareness and compassion, while helping you manage reactive or impulsive responses. This transformative approach empowers you to experience more balanced, mindful living.

  • Not One Size Fits All

At Well3, we know that mental health is not a one-size-fits-all journey. That’s why we offer flexible treatment options designed to fit your individual needs. Whether you’re seeking the subtle benefits of microdosing, occasional higher doses for more significant relief, or treatment only when you need it, we create a plan that’s right for you. Your path to healing is as unique as you are, and we’re here to support you every step of the way.

  • Safety

    Proven & Researched

Originally approved by the FDA as an anesthetic in the 1970s, ketamine has been safely used for over 50 years. Though its use for depression and anxiety is considered "off-label," it’s widely accepted in medical practice. It’s one of the World Health Organization’s most widely used medications due to its exceptional safety profile.

    Safe & Well-Tolerated

Ketamine is regarded as safe and effective when administered under medical supervision, with rare exceptions like uncontrolled high blood pressure or a history of psychosis. It’s even used in larger doses for pediatric surgeries, further demonstrating its safety.

    Rapid Results

Unlike traditional antidepressants that can take weeks to work, ketamine has shown improvement in mental health symptoms within a week. It offers rapid, consistent relief for conditions like depression and anxiety.

    Compatible with Most Medications

Ketamine can be safely taken with most medications, including SSRIs. During your consultation, our providers will review your current medications to ensure there are no interactions, offering a personalized treatment plan.

Is Ketamine Right for Me?

Start by completing this questionnaire to see if our treatment is a good match. If so, you will arrange an online consultation to get approved. After approval, we will arrange a prescription with a pharmacy to get your medication, typically within a week.

What Will It Feel Like?

Within 15 minutes, you might begin to feel a sense of calm and possibly some lightheadedness. Most people describe their experience as largely positive, with few adverse effects. Over your first experiences, you will become familiar with how ketamine impacts you and you will be able to adjust your dosage as needed to ensure your comfort.

How Quickly Will It Work?

Well3’s approach yields rapid effects, setting the stage for steady and continuous improvement in mental health. In contrast to traditional antidepressants and anxiety treatments, it won’t take over a month to observe the benefits.

Is Ketamine Safe?

Ketamine boasts an excellent safety record and is recognized as an essential medicine by the World Health Organization, making it a favorable option for many. However, it is not suitable for individuals with uncontrolled high blood pressure, a history of psychosis, or heart rhythm issues. To determine if our treatment is suitable for you, start with our initial screening. If you meet the criteria, you can then schedule a virtual consultation to obtain authorization for the treatment.

What Form Does It Come in?

Well3 provides ketamine in two forms: nasal spray and lozenges. The nasal spray functions similarly to a standard saline nasal spray, allowing for precise control over dosage. The lozenges, small cube-shaped tablets, dissolve in your mouth within 10-15 minutes. For dosage adjustment, these can be easily halved or quartered.

Can I take other medications?

Yes, many medications, including antidepressants, are compatible with ketamine. Your Well3 provider will ensure no interactions exist with your current medications.

What happens if I stop taking the medication?

Withdrawal symptoms are rare. Well3 provides guidance for tapering off the treatment safely when you're ready.

What are the common side effects?

Common side effects include lightheadedness, spacious feelings, or mild nausea. These are typically manageable through dosage adjustments.

How is Well3 treatment different from others?

Well3 offers a both low-dose, non-psychedelic ketamine treatment and higher dose options.

How is low-dose ketamine different from IV ketamine?

Well3’s low-dose ketamine is taken orally or nasally and provides mood improvements without a psychedelic experience.

How much does the Well3 treatment plan cost?
The plan costs $89 per month, plus $60-$75 for the medication, which includes telehealth consultations, prescriptions, and access to the Well3 care team.

Does insurance cover this treatment?
Currently, insurance does not cover Well3’s ketamine treatment, but HSA and FSA funds are accepted.

How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel the subscription anytime after the first two months by contacting the Well3 Care Team via text or email.

How long do I need to take this treatment?

There is no set timeline. You can take Well3’s treatment long-term or stop whenever you feel ready. Withdrawal symptoms are rare.

What states is Well3 available in?

Well3 is currently available only in California.

Can I take ketamine if I'm pregnant or breastfeeding?

What conditions can ketamine treat?
Low-dose ketamine is used for conditions like depression, anxiety, PTSD, and chronic stress, especially for those unresponsive to traditional treatments.

How often should I take ketamine?

The frequency of dosing depends on your personalized treatment plan, determined during your consultation.

Is there any preparation needed before taking ketamine?

It’s best to avoid large meals before your dose and stay hydrated. Your provider may offer additional specific instructions.

Can I drive after taking ketamine?

It’s recommended to avoid driving or operating machinery for several hours after taking ketamine due to potential coordination impairment.
